Renewal
All subscriptions will have the ability to automatically renew as they approach the end of their first twelve months.  Registrants will receive an email alerting them to the fact that their 1-year subscription to the recruiting website is about to expire.  Within that email, registrants will be able to choose between 1) not renewing; 2) renewing with the same credit card information; and 3) renewing with new credit card information.

Cancellation/Refunds
National Lacrosse Combine will refund your membership fee in full within 30 days if you have fully used the available tools offered on National Lacrosse Combine.com and are unsatisfied.

Submissions
All information submitted to National Lacrosse Combine via this website shall be deemed and remain the property of National Lacrosse Combine, and National Lacrosse Combine shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this website provides. National Lacrosse Combine shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by the National Lacrosse Combine entity having the direct client relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or reducing National Lacrosse Combine’s responsibilities and obligations to clients in accordance with National Lacrosse Combine’s Privacy Policy.

Photo and Video Inclusions
Any and all photos and videos provided by registrants for inclusion onto their Profile pages must be appropriate in nature and related to lacrosse recruitment.  If National Lacrosse Combine deems that any such materials contain inappropriate content, National Lacrosse Combine has the right to remove the contents from that athlete’s profile.

Availability
This website is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Limitations on Use
Only one individual may access NationalLacrosseCo mbine.com at the same time using the same email or password, unless we agree otherwise. National Lacrosse Combine reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately revoke your account and /or assess a $10,000 daily penalty fee for scraping jobs, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise mis-using or mis-appropriating site content, including but not limited to, use on a "mirrored", competitive, or third party site. The use of automated programming on NationalLacrosseCombine.com, including but not limited to the use of a script to apply to jobs or to communicate with recruiters (e.g. the sending of resumes through LacrosseRecruits.com recruiter database), is contrary to the nature of our services and not permitted.

Valid Email Address
You must supply and maintain a valid and verified email address in order to use this service. Invalid email addresses and those that have not been verified through the verification email sent upon sign-up will be deleted from our system and you will be denied access to this website.

Additional Terms
Certain sections or pages on this Website may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.

Governing Law
Use of this website shall be governed by all applicable Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of New Jersey.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER
(the Agreement and Waiver)
As used in this Agreement and Waiver, National Lacrosse Combine refers to National Lacrosse Combine, LLC and any and all subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or entities that control or are controlled by National Lacrosse Combine singly or together and its officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents; YOU refers to the Registered Party unless participant is under the age of 18, in which case YOU refers to the party registering the participant; and Event refers to scheduled lacrosse combine.

By agreeing to and submitting the following REGISTRATION AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following warrants:

1.Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent.
YOU represent and warrant to National Lacrosse Combine, their affiliations, sponsors and agents that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on behalf of yourself and/or any party you are registering (the Registered Parties), and that the information provided in the registration process is true and accurate.

In the event you are registering a child under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf and by proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Agreement and Waiver shall apply equally to all Registered Parties. By registering a child under 13, you agree and consent to the collection of that child’s information, which you provide for the purposes of registration.

2. Payment
YOU verify you have the authority to enter and process payment to the credit or debit card provided in the registration process to which registration fees will be charged on behalf of the Registered Party.

3. Waiver.
YOU certify that you are physically fit, have trained sufficiently for participation, have not been advised otherwise by qualified medical personnel, and that you are not under the influence of alcohol or illicit or prescription drugs that would in any way impair your ability to safely participate or volunteer in the Event.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT OR PROGRAM IS POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS, AND INCLUDE RISKS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE CAUSED BY TERRAIN, FACILITIES, TEMPERATURE, LACK OF HYDRATION, EQUIPMENT, VEHICULAR TRAFFIC, AND ACTIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS, SPECTATORS, COACHES, EVENT OFFICIALS, EVENT MONITORS, AND/OR PRODUCERS OF THE EVENT AND HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PARTICIPATING OR VOLUNTEERING IN THIS EVENT. AS A REGISTERED PARTY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPATION CARRIES WITH IT CERTAIN INHERENT RISKS THAT CANNOT BE ELIMINATED COMPLETELY, RANGING FROM MINOR INJURIES TO CATASTROPHIC INJURIES, INCLUDING DEATH, AND YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, YOU AND ANY REGISTERED PARTY, THE HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS OF YOU OR THE REGISTERED PARTY DO HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND CONVENANT NOT TO SUE NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE, THE PRODUCERS OF THIS EVENT AND/OR THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF WHICH THE EVENT IS EXECUTED FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING TRAVELING TO AND FROM THIS EVENT, BY YOU OR ANY REGISTERED PARTY.

4. Participation.
YOU consent to maintain sportsmanship at all times during the event to promote the integrity of the sport and protect the health, safety, and well being of fellow participants, volunteers, coaches, officials, spectators, and event organizers. YOU agree that any behavior considered by the event organizers, and or National Lacrosse Combine to put others in risk of danger or injury is means for dismissal. YOU agree to follow course directions, wear gear appropriate for participation and refrain from intentionally or accidentally obstructing or interfering with the progress of another participant.

5. Medical Treatment.
To the extent it is available at the combine event, YOU consent to receive medical treatment, as deemed advisable by medical staff on site, in the event of an injury, accident, and or illness during the event and agree to be responsible for any costs extenuating from such treatment.

6. Timing and Scores.
National Lacrosse Combine uses state of the art electronic equipment to measure and record participant performance. Timed results are final once posted and any discrepancies due to gear failure, non-participant or participant obstruction effecting timed results will be evaluated on a case by case basis by course officials. Course of action will be at the discretion of event organizers and National Lacrosse Combine.

7. Photography
YOU understand this event or related activities may be photographed and consent, unconditionally and without compensation, to your photo, video, and or film likeness to be used for legitimate marketing purposes in all mediums by National Lacrosse Combine, event producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

8. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties.
NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE OR (B) FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR (C) RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE OR (D) RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NATIONAL LACROSSE COMBINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

National Lacrosse Combine makes no warranty that the National Lacrosse Combine site' services will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. National Lacrosse Combine does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in, or provided in connection with, the National Lacrosse site. National Lacrosse Combine is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of such information. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the National Lacrosse Combine site is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

9. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold National Lacrosse Combine, the Producers or Organizers of the Event, and Property Owners, harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from or relating to your use of National Lacrosse Combine or the violation of any term of this Agreement and Waiver as well as the Conditions and Terms of Use.

10. Applicable Law; Consent to Jurisdiction.
The National Lacrosse Combine site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by National Lacrosse Combine from its offices within the State of New Jersey, United States of America. By completing this event registration, both you and National Lacrosse Combine agree that the statutes and laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to this event registration, this Agreement and Waiver, the Terms of Use or other use of the National Lacrosse Combine site. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with National Lacrosse Combine resides in the courts of the State of New Jersey and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of New Jersey in connection with any dispute including any claim involving National Lacrosse Combine or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.

11. Severability.
You further expressly agree that this Agreement and Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of New Jersey and that if any provision of this Agreement and Waiver shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and Waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER, YOU ARE AFFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, AND INTEND BY YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
